Advocates for Minor Leaguers → the minor league CBA
The Largest Successful Sports Organizing Effort in Decades
The team that founded Sports Solidarity led the unionization of Minor League Baseball, organizing 5,500 players across 150 teams and delivering the sport's first collective bargaining agreement — worth $600M — with a staff of fewer than ten.
The minor league campaign is the reason we exist as a firm. It proved that the specialist playbook we run works at scale, on the ground, against the hardest kind of opposition. Every engagement since has drawn on that work.

United Football Players Association (UFPA)
Outlasting Management in a Contentious Negotiation
We helped the UFPA cultivate mass player engagement, organize a holdout, and mount a significant public pressure campaign during a contentious CBA negotiation that lasted into the middle of the 2025 season. The agreement yielded year-round healthcare and a meaningful salary increase, among other improvements, for professional spring football players who had long been overlooked and mistreated.

United States Rugby Players Association (USRPA)
A Win-Win Deal During a Difficult Moment
We helped the USRPA negotiate the first-ever collective bargaining agreement in U.S. rugby history. The deal was brokered through collaborative negotiations with management amidst a single offseason in which Major League Rugby lost nearly half its teams.
Engagement type: First CBA + ED-level support.

World Pickleball Players Association (WPPA)
Collective Representation in a Nontraditional Space
We helped a group of veteran professional pickleball players form the first-ever players association in the sport’s history. We then assisted more than half the players on the pro tour in navigating a major contract dispute with management, marking a significant inroad into our work with individual sport athletes.
Engagement type: Organizing + Non-Union Collective Action.
