First contracts and successor contracts. We help you develop the strategy and execute it, at the table, with your members, and in the press. On the minor league CBA, we delivered a $600M first agreement against odds most observers thought were unwinnable. We know what it takes.

Union Organizing
Organizing committee formation, card campaigns, election strategy, communication with athletes across dispersed rosters. This is the discipline that built the firm, and it remains the hardest — and most consequential — work we do.

Non-Union Collective Action
For athletes in some sports, traditional unionization is not an option. Where that's the case, we support coordinated contract action, joint negotiating strategy, and public campaigns.

Executive Director & Board Support
Running an association is a different discipline than winning the first contract. We provide back-office operations, CBA enforcement, member relations, leadership development, strategic direction, internal reviews, and partner/vendor management.

Commercial Deals
Groups of athletes often hold valuable collective intellectual property, including their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rights. We help our clients build their commercial infrastructure, including group licensing infrastructure, negotiate the deals, and structure the vehicles so that value accrues to the athletes.
